These are great glasses and are actually unisex, not women's glasses. I was hesitant to get red/pinkish tinted lenses but they are very good for contrast. The glasses fit well on me (a 6'1" male) and are comfortable.LENS: The lens is probably the best that I've ever experienced. It does add a subtle tint to the world but you do not have the "sunglass tint" where things are darker and color changed drastically. I've found that the sunglasses have provided me with great contrast, which is nice as I have moderate color blindness so some things tend to blend together. The polarization is great as well. They really have lived up to the Polarized Plus 2 billing.FRAME: The frame seems well built and able to withstand moderate abuse. The nose bridge part of the frame, so it does not have the bending metal feet with plastic that tend to make glasses sit uneven if bent. The nose piece sits well and is comfortable. The arms are sturdy but the hinges allow so flexibility to account for differing head sizes and the constant on & off. The arms are moderate in size but the ends are not too big for using croakies or other sunglass holders.I love Maui Jim sunglasses. I've used Ray Ban, Oakley, Revo, and many other comparable brands but I don't think Maui Jim can be beat from a quality and feature standpoint. So long as you don't completely destroy or lose them, spending the extra money on Maui Jims seems well worth it.Hands down my favorite glasses that I own. I'm a big Maui Jim fan. I have the Blue Hawaiian Ho'okipas, the Sand Islands, and a pair of Stingrays. The Mixed Plates are light and stay on my face perfectly. The bi gradient lenses are fantastic.Expected them to be nice and they were. Some polarized glasses hurt my eyes and make certain things look weird but these are exceptional.This is the best pair of Maui Jim sunglasses I own. Great coverage. The rubber on the inside ear tips makes them very comfortable fit even in hot weather when you sweat. I own the rose & grey lenses.nice looking sunglassesAs expected.
